At breakfast, the owner shouted at us in front of the other guests, accusing us of breaking a toilet seat in another room and a closet in a different room. We had a photo from the day we arrived showing that the closet was already broken. We showed it to her, but she refused to talk to us. Terrible service.

The owner was friendly, helpful, and flexible, and breakfast was good. The accommodation was clean and very nice. It’s a great base, just a 2-5 minute drive to the main lifts by car, pendle, or ski-bus. The ski area was great and I’d definitely recommend it.

Clean rooms, a good breakfast, and a reasonable price. I’ll definitely come back.
