Hotel Das Zwv Lferhaus

I’m very critical, but couldn’t find anything wrong with this hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and incredibly clean, with very comfortable beds, a huge rain shower, and a separate toilet. There’s also the restaurant: the food is as good as any Michelin star restaurant I’ve eaten at, and I’ve been to a lot. The restaurant staff are incredible. Everyone on staff is incredibly friendly and happy to help. Lisa is always smiling and has so much useful information to share.

We’ll definitely come back. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel was in immaculate condition after its full renovation a few months ago. The kitchen was amazing, the location was perfect, just a few meters from the ski lift, and the staff were super friendly.

The best lift and piste, in our opinion, are right outside the door. The hotel is in a quiet area, though après ski is still within walking distance. Our room had a balcony overlooking the ski slope, and was nicely decorated. It came with bio tea, a small fridge for our own drinks, a desk, plenty of wardrobe space, and a safe. There were lots of sockets for charging phones, plus a USB connector at the desk. Breakfast was delicious, with really good bread and a wide selection of hams, sausages, cheeses, and more. You could ask the waiter for fried eggs or an omelet. The whole staff were exemplary and genuinely sweet during our stay, and they all speak English.

The calm surroundings were a real plus. There was no loud music from nearby bars, and our room was quiet too, with no noise from other rooms or the corridor. It was comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of different cheeses and hams. We came to Saalbach-Hinterglemm on a company trip, and Das Zwölferhaus made the whole visit feel perfect. It’s right beside the Zwölferkogel lift and slopes, with Rabbit Rental on the side of the building. Restaurants and shops are close by too. The location, rooms, breakfast, and staff were all brilliant. The front desk gave us a great welcome, and whenever I needed help with something for our group, the team responded positively and cheerfully. They were professional and kind. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone after a good location, comfortable rooms, professional staff, and a peaceful setting. Thank you Das Zwölferhaus, you made our trip absolutely perfect in every way!
