We had peaceful little walks through the village in the evenings, with hardly any traffic, and the hotel also surprised us with a lovely birthday gesture. We were there with a bigger group of friends, and the cozy, homely atmosphere made us feel welcome right away. The buffet breakfasts and dinners were excellent, with a good range of tasty dishes that were prepared well and changed each day. Staff were friendly and attentive, and our rooms were clean, warm, and nicely furnished. The ski room and free parking were useful bonuses. We’d gladly return and highly recommend it.

The staff seemed nice when you could find them, but during our week they were only around at breakfast. At 5pm, after skiing, we’d come back to an unattended bar, an empty restaurant with all the lights off, and no one at reception. You could easily rob the place!

The service was really friendly, and the rooms were clean with lovely mountain views. Breakfast was pretty much what you'd expect. Dinner was good at first, though it started to feel repetitive after a day or two. I don't really understand why there's a tablet in every room. Still, I'd stay here again on my next ski trip to Mayrhofen.

The rooms were okay, with a bath and shower, and breakfast was okay too, with the usual Austrian choices. The ski room was one of the biggest I've seen, which was great. Our room cards had been set up wrong on day one, but the staff fixed the problem quickly. It’s a shame there’s no sauna or pool like at many other hotels, though having a bath in the room partly makes up for it.

The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super friendly. A very nice hotel in a good spot, with the ski bus stopping right outside.
