Waldeck Apartement 3 Hippach

We came as a group of 12 and booked the upper and middle floors for three nights. The view across the valley is beautiful, and a walking and running trail starts right at the house, with a pleasant 20-minute route through the woods. The setting feels secluded, with the forest directly behind and hardly any neighbors nearby. The outside has been modernized, including a new, roomy terrace that reaches into the hillside. Some interior areas have also been renovated, though the bathroom and toilet still look original to the 1980s and could do with an update. They were clean, with no mold. The insulation kept the place so warm over Easter that we barely used the heating and had to leave windows tilted at night. The equipment was standard, with a dishwasher on each floor but no microwave on either. There weren't many photos on Google Maps, so I've added a few recent ones to my review.
