The beds were great, though the pillows were much too soft. It's a clean hotel in a lovely area, and the people are friendly. If your room faces the front, traffic noise can get annoying. Please also see my comment about the food.

This was one of my worst holidays with family and friends, mostly because of the owner's attitude. He was rude and arrogant from the start, shouting at guests and children and threatening to throw them out. His wife didn't calm things down, and only their daughter tried to soften the tone, without much success. In front of my friends, the owner nearly got into a fight with me. That's completely unacceptable in hospitality. I stayed there a year and a half ago, and the memories and feelings are still strong. The hotel itself was average, but the service was a nightmare. Never again. Stay away if you respect yourself.

The ski bus was close by, and we all felt comfortable here. There were three couples in our group, and the food was another highlight of our stay.

The rooms are a little dated, but very clean. The buffet meals were excellent and generous, and breakfast had everything we wanted. Sebastian and his team deserve a big thank you. The owner gave us such a warm welcome, and everyone here clearly makes a point of being helpful and courteous 👍.
