Bauernhof Streitenau

Family Hölzl were warm and helpful throughout our stay, and the slope is right next door. The apartment feels spacious everywhere, including the bathroom. It’s newly built with quality materials and has all the equipment you need, while still keeping the character of an old farmhouse alongside modern comforts. Thanks so much.

The location was great, and the place was spotless with everything thoughtfully provided. Lovely hosts too. I’d happily recommend it.

We stayed in February 2026 and especially loved the west-facing balcony, which was both cosy and top quality. The kitchen, bathroom and interiors were just as good. It’s a three-room apartment and the ski-in, ski-out access was excellent, with only a short run down to the middle station. Sonja was very sweet, and one day we were lucky enough to get eggs from the farm. Getting up there from Hopfgarten takes 15 -20 minutes, though the host can help if there’s too much snow. We’d strongly recommend it for families :-).

The kids’ play area is laid out with so much care, and our whole family felt at ease here. It’s a fantastic apartment on a small farm, with a breathtaking view and everything you might need. The family are incredibly friendly and shared lots of useful ideas for excursions and hikes. We’ll definitely return :-)
