The pool is the main drawback. The temperature might be fine for adults or brave kids, but my boys couldn’t handle it. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent hotel for keeping children busy, with a playroom, outdoor playground, arcade games, an ice rink, and toys and games you can borrow at the front desk. There’s no dishwasher in the room with a kitchen. Also, the red run from Hohe Salvo down to the valley isn’t an easy red.

The rooms are large and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is good. The apart hotel is in a perfect location. A couple of suggestions: add more hooks and get a better coffee machine.

We were a big family group across three generations, from children as young as five to parents almost 80, and everyone had a great time. There’s something for everybody in the entertainment and facilities. The food was delicious, and the customer service was exemplary.

Our 7-month-old baby boy had a wonderful stay here with us. The hotel is clearly designed around families with young children, and they have just about everything you might need. The baby daycare was the highlight for us. They really know what they’re doing, which gave us the peace of mind to enjoy time on the slopes. The gondola is only a five-minute walk away.
