The generous breakfast buffet was a real highlight, and the owner made the stay special by sharing tastings from his wide selection of house wines in such a relaxed way. Wegleitner Farmstead has plenty of charm, with simple, practical rooms that are very clean and air-conditioned for warm days. Its central spot in Illmitz also makes it handy for exploring the region. A lovely place if you want somewhere cozy and authentic. Thanks, and see you again soon! 👋

The hosts were especially lovely. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast is excellent, and the wine is even better.

We loved having breakfast out in the garden, and there was cake in the afternoon too. The family is so nice, the rooms are lovely, and breakfast was fantastic. We also enjoyed the delicious wine, and it was handy to charge our bikes in the covered garden. We had a wonderful holiday. Thanks so much for everything, we'll be back. Best wishes from the Stadlbauer family.

The rooms are spacious enough for a relaxing stay and very clean. It's a cozy, family-run place, simple and comfortable, with a flexible breakfast that was plenty for us. Be sure to reserve ahead. 😜

We were warmly welcomed by a very nice hostess, and the rooms were lovely, well cared for, and spotless. Breakfast was laid out beautifully. The host also let us taste wines from his own production, which were very good quality. I definitely recommend doing a wine tasting with him, and I'd happily stay here again.
