The common areas feel really cosy, and the restaurant and food are excellent. The place itself is great, though the rooms feel dated. I gave it 4 stars because, as you can see in the video, the bathroom radiator is rusty. There also isn’t an espresso machine anywhere in the hotel, just an automatic coffee machine.

The food was delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Service was impeccable. They also have conference rooms, and this would be a perfect place for a Xmas party. I can highly recommend staying here.

For what I paid, the service was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend this place. I visited before high season, but the pool was closed and the kitchen was closed at 15:00 and again at 20:45. After 21:00, there was nowhere to eat in the village. It doesn't seem like a 4 star hotel.

A lovely spot for a laid-back holiday. You can cycle, walk in the Nationalpark, enjoy the vinnss from nearby vineyards, and have fine dining at prices that are still affordable.

We only stopped in for a coffee, and it was the best we had in Illmitz. The staff looked after us so attentively and were really friendly. I left my credit card on the coffee table. They tracked me down through the tourist office and called my hotel to let me know. What terrific service. Thank you!
