We had a fantastic dinner with the Velich family. The meal was unforgettable, and the setting and feel reminded us of a Michelin star restaurant. Mr. Velich knows a great deal about wine and food pairings, and has an impressive collection of Burgundy and Austrian wines. The owners were kind and welcoming, and both the food and wine were wonderful. I'd highly recommend visiting and having dinner with the Velich family!

The Velich Residence felt like a quiet retreat, where things are kept simple and you can properly relax. Its architecture and furnishings are thoughtfully pared back, with no unnecessary frills, and the space gives you room to slow down. The quality and care show in the details, especially the attention to fine food and mindfulness. Breakfast was a highlight, with excellent regional ingredients chosen and prepared with care. The wine and specialty selection also reflects real knowledge and passion, without ever pushing itself on you. Everything feels calm and considered. When abundance and constant stimulation become overwhelming, this place is a reminder of how restorative simplicity can be. If you're looking for peace, clarity, and quality, you may even find a little something of yourself here. Best regards, Ronald & Julia

We came back for a second stay at this first-class boutique hotel and spent a few days there. The Velich family gave us personal service, and the beautiful rooms were spacious and furnished to a high standard. The grounds are expansive and include a pool. We also loved breakfast, especially the quality jams, cold cuts, juices, and other options.
