We had a great weekend in a cozy place with lovely rooms, delicious breakfast, and excellent wine. The long tasting was a highlight, with lots to sample, explanations of how the wine is made, the regions and varieties, and plenty of good conversation. Thanks for that! We bought some bottles and shared them with our relatives, who were thrilled. The hosts and winemakers have real heart and humor. I'm sure we'll be back. Thanks for everything!

The Palkowitsch family made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed the wine tasting, and the modern rooms are well equipped. Breakfast was good too. Thank you, everything was perfect and we had a lot of fun.

We had a great stay and would love to return. The beautiful garden has a gazebo, parking is right outside, and the SPAR supermarket is almost next door. The lake is about 5 to 10 minutes away by car. 😊🏖️ Our apartment room was almost brand new, nicely furnished to a high standard, with a lovely bathroom and a separate toilet. The air conditioning worked very well and was easy to adjust. The other rooms were beautiful too. The hosts were very friendly, and the owner makes wonderful pastries. We had some Grammel Pogatscherln with Sunday's excellent breakfast, and the wine tasting in the beautiful cellar parlor was included. There are very good wines, and the junior chef is dedicated and knows his stuff. 🍷😊 If you're interested, there's a video about Illmitz on my YouTube channel. I'd gladly come back. The hostess was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent, with homemade grape juice. The spacious rooms were well equipped, recently renovated, and exceptionally clean.

Stay with the Palkowitsch family if you're visiting Illmitz. The rooms are comfortable and homey, with a newly renovated bathroom that feels like a dream. And the wines are top notch, white, red, rosé, or sweet. You can taste the winemaker's dedication and skill in every sip. A complete feel-good stay! 👍🤩🍷
