Apartments Leipziger Hof

We booked the Family Room for four people for two nights at 530 EUR. It was two separate rooms connected by a front door, each with a double bed and its own toilet. The phone didn't work, and one room's soap dispenser wasn't working, or we couldn't figure out how to use it, which was mildly annoying. The friendly staff and hotel breakfast made up for that. The location was very good too, with the tram stop right outside. It was a good stay, and I'd recommend the hotel.

After a day skiing in the mountains, the spa and sauna were a great bonus. This is one of the best hotels in Innsbruck. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were very kind and helped us with everything we needed.

The breakfast was disappointing. There was no vegan protein, just eggs, bread, ham, cheese, milk, and yogurt, though I was glad to find blueberries and chia. The coffee was undrinkable. I can't see how this is a 4-star hotel: the room was very basic, with no minibar, slippers, bathrobes, or drinking water, and the windows weren't soundproof. Planes flew overhead every few minutes from 7am until night, and church bells rang every 15 minutes. What surprised me most was that staff seemed not to read booking requests at all. I asked for soya milk and vegan sugar-free yoghurt at breakfast, but neither was available. I also requested the quietest room possible, but we got one facing the tram street. I asked to move to a room facing the inner yard, and that was loud from the planes too. Maybe there aren't any quiet rooms here. Can anyone recommend a quiet 4-5* hotel in Innsbruck with a good breakfast?

We had a spacious, comfortable, well-equipped room overlooking a beautiful park. Each morning, the breakfast in the main-level dining room was amazing and delicious. Leipziger Hof was a great base for Innsbruck: the Golden Roof and plenty of shops and restaurants were a 10 minute walk away. On a rainy day, the bus stop was right outside, and Leipziger offered a free transportation tourist card for stays of 3 nights. Definitely worth a visit!
