In April 2026, I stayed here in Innsbruck and had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, and everything felt comfortable from when we arrived. Our room was practical, nicely designed, and spacious enough to relax after a day out. It wasn't anything over the top, but had what we needed. Getting in and out by car was easy, and the center wasn't too far away, so exploring the city was simple without much hassle. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had an easygoing feel. A solid, reliable choice if you want somewhere comfortable and straightforward.

The hotel team were very nice and friendly. The room was quiet, clean, and modern, with all the necessary appliances. The location worked perfectly for us, about 15 minutes from the center.

The rooms feel modern, and the radiant heating works really well, with separate temperature controls for different areas. The pillows were a problem, though: they were big and hard, and everyone in the family ended up with neck pain. The hotel itself is good, but the price feels far too high for what you get.

The bar was good, and the hotel is well placed for both the city center and the mountain roads. There’s parking too. The staff were wonderful, especially Lisa, who was always smiling and very helpful. A really nice hotel.

We appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was, and our room was cleaned every day. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Being right in the city center made it easy to get everywhere. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.
