The location may not suit everyone, depending on what you're looking for, but I don't get the low score. The rooms were spotless and in very good condition, the price was good for Innsbruck, and the staff were OK.

A warm, clean place in an old building with traditional style. It was OK.

The breakfast was a letdown, just the cheapest rolls with no choice, and the value for 400 euros for three nights was awful. Inside, there's a strong smell of smoke everywhere, even though the building looks ordinary from outside. The beds were in terrible shape, with broken frames and sagging mattresses we couldn't use. When I told the manager, he said there was already a mattress there, or did I expect to sleep on the floor? He was very unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend this place for families or anyone else. Stay away.
