Ferienhaus Ossanna

We were 12 people staying at the Ossana Rubin holiday home, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. There was plenty of nearly new cookware in the kitchen for preparing meals for everyone, and we felt at home straight away. The best part was being able to ski from the valley run right to the front door, even though we already knew the house was more or less next to it. Getting there was a little tricky since none of us knew how to use snow chains. You’ll want to be ready for that in winter, though there were some in the garage in case we hadn’t brought our own. Great location, excellent communication, and we’d love to return :)

We stayed here over Christmas with three families, and there was nothing we needed that the house didn’t have. It was modern, clean, and right by the ski slope. The hosts had even left a basket of regional treats and a decorated Christmas tree. We made good use of the spa area after skiing. The sauna display wasn’t working when we arrived, but they repaired it as quickly as they could. Simply fantastic, and we’d love to come back.

We were eight, and there was lots of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed the PlayStation in the playroom, plus the garden slides and swings. The house is modern and well equipped, with a great barbecue area and mountain views to enjoy over a beer. There’s a sauna downstairs, but the warm weather meant we didn’t use it. Nearby, an easy walk away, are a farm with a great shop and a knights’ playground. Our hosts brought us a basket, which was a lovely gesture. It’s a beautiful location in Itter, well connected to neighboring towns, with plenty to do in the region. You can get to hiking on the Hohe Salve, Elmi, Wilder Kaiser and the swimming pool quickly on foot, by car, or by bike. I highly recommend it, and we’d definitely return.

The mountain views were so beautiful they kept taking our breath away, and we loved spending evenings at the stone barbecue in the garden with a drink and the view. We were seven, including three children, and had a wonderful week at Ossanna. The hosts gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The house is modern, fully furnished, and cozy with all the wood. The children snacked on currants from the bushes. More sun loungers in the summer garden would have been nice, and the nearest supermarket is just under 2 km away. We’re so glad we stayed and love Ossanna. We were seven, three of them children, and had a great week here. The welcome and handover were warm, the furnishings were modern and complete, and we didn’t lack for anything. The wooden decor made the place feel cozy. The children picked currants from the bushes, and we often used the garden’s stone grill to enjoy a sunset drink with the mountain view. A few more places to sunbathe in the summer garden would be lovely. The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away. We love Ossanna and are happy we got to stay there.
