Jenbacherhof

We both enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the services and breakfast were nice. One thing, there was no Wi-Fi signal in our room because it was far from the router. For just one night, it wasn’t a problem for us. I can definitely recommend staying here.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a very good buffet. Our clean, spacious, cosy room had a balcony and a bathtub in the bathroom. There’s also a place to park bikes on the ground floor.

The service was poor and the hotel was too expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it, even for one night. The pillow was very bad, the heating wasn’t working in February, and the breakfast buffet was very poor. I also had a bad experience with the receptionist and room service. On Saturday at 8:30 am, the person cleaning the room came in without knocking. When I mentioned it to the receptionist, she said that was normal. I felt as if I were staying on the street, not in a respectable hotel.

Check-in starts at 16.00, so arriving earlier means waiting until the hotel doors open. We also had to find somewhere else for dinner because the hotel restaurant isn’t open in the evening. For a four-star hotel, I think they should provide coffee cups, a kettle, instant coffee, sugar, tea and water. That really needs improvement.
