We loved the food, from breakfast to the five-course dinner, and the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our second stay at Hotel Alpen-Royal, and both visits were great. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel sits at around 1,400 meters in the mountains, with a cable car taking you up to 2,400 meters. There are great hiking opportunities, and we'd gladly stay again.

The chef was fantastic, and I still remember that barbecue dinner so fondly. We had such a nice stay, with cozy rooms and an awesome spa at a great hotel.
