Hansjorg and Sylvia made our stay a real pleasure, helping us with everything we needed. The apartment was huge, comfortable, and beautiful, with big kitchen, balconies, and all the facilities. It's in the best spot in Jersenz, near the main bus station and supermarket. We can't wait to return.

We received an official booking confirmation after reserving this vacation rental. Later, the owner asked whether we still wanted the dates because another family was interested. We confirmed that our reservation was final, but were then told we weren't in the booking system and that the owner would cancel it, despite the confirmed booking. We emailed to point out that we had an agreement and got no reply. We consider this highly unprofessional and unreliable. A confirmed reservation should give renters certainty, so future guests should bear this in mind.

We felt very at home in this lovely, cozy apartment in the heart of the Pitztal Valley. Thanks for being so hospitable. We're already looking forward to staying again. Best regards
