The spa really surprised me. I’m not used to having such a well-equipped one available, let alone included with the stay. I was traveling alone internationally for the first time, and the staff at Andy made everything easy and welcoming. I booked the trip at the last minute, and they were so gracious. Since my train arrived late, they arranged late check-in and even helped me out with a much-needed bag of chips and beer. The room was gorgeous, better than I expected, and the views were ten times better than I imagined. I picked this place mainly because it’s steps from the ski resort base, which is unbeatable. Thanks again for everything. It felt so magical I could hardly believe I was really there.

The rooms look out toward the mountains, and the spa is great. Dinner was delicious, and the service was awesome. My one suggestion would be to put coffee and tea in the room. This hotel is amazing!

Tesla drivers, heads-up: the hotel has a destination charger. Even though the parking deck was empty, they wanted 15 euro’s to use it. They may be completely entitled to charge that, but it didn’t feel as friendly as the welcome I’ve had at other hotels.

Beautiful views, nice rooms, and excellent food. It’s a friendly, family-style hotel, and the owner is fantastic, coming over to mingle with guests at dinner. The Imst alpine coaster is close by.

We just stopped in for a meal, and both the food and service were great. They have a daily menu at a reasonable price too. I walked around the place, and it looked sparkling clean.
