We come back every year. The staff are lovely, the atmosphere is great, and the welcome and quality are both wonderful.

The Schultes family make you feel at home, and their attention to detail impressed me throughout my business stay at the Jerzner Hof in Tirol. I've stayed in plenty of hotels for work, including the Armani in the Burj Khalifa and Encore Resort in Las Vegas, so I'm hard to impress. The recently renovated and redesigned amenities are excellent. You can find a quiet, private corner in the restaurant or bar, or choose to socialize. Don't miss having a wine and a chat with the Schultes. The person who designed the dining and bar space did a brilliant job; it's warm and cozy. The food was fantastic, with a few plates that felt Michelin-level to me. Breakfast had an incredible amount of choice, with freshness and creativity throughout. The hotel sits near a Glacier in a distinctive spot, and the views from every balcony are breathtaking. Tirol has plenty of mountains and pretty views, but this place really stands out. I'll be back for a winter holiday. LOVE this place!!!
