Martin was friendly and helpful, and the apartments were clean, nicely presented, and well equipped. It was our first time in Kaltenbach, and we'd stay here again. The ski lift is a five-minute walk away, while the ice skating rink is two minutes away in winter, obviously. The pizza place downstairs also does pasta and is handy if you arrive late. There's a useful supermarket across the road. We only stayed a few days and didn't get to explore Kaltenbach, but we were happy with the stay and would recommend it.

Breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. The owner was very friendly and helpful, with good tips for sightseeing and some great motorcycle tours. There's a garage for both cars and motorbikes. A really lovely hotel.
