The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and recently renovated, with an excellent location and a large, very well equipped kitchen. It could easily have been a five-star stay, but the handling of the stay, especially the invoicing, left us unable to recommend it to business travelers. We arrived around 23:00 and spent almost an hour trying to find the apartment. It was poorly marked, and the door said “Private,” with no name or number that matched what we'd expect from the reservation. We contacted the host several times during that frustrating search. The listing also said “two bathrooms,” but there was one bathroom plus a separate toilet, which makes a difference when several adults are staying. As a business customer, I asked for a proper invoice before arrival, during the stay, and several times after checkout. The host initially replied quickly and promised more than once to send it, but it never came. Instead, we were asked to leave a review and not mention the invoicing problems. At the same time, the host raised an undocumented damage claim and asked for insurance details or payment. It felt like improper pressure, with the invoice process mixed up with review expectations and an extra charge that wasn't properly documented. Eventually, a document marked “invoice” arrived, but it didn't describe the accommodation as booked. It instead tried to add EUR 200 for alleged “repair damage,” without proper supporting documentation. We questioned the discrepancies and asked for a proper invoice for the stay. After that, communication stopped, even though the host had previously been very responsive. We still don't have a compliant invoice. That creates a serious accounting problem and stops us from properly settling the travel costs. Unclear directions, the misleading impression of two bathrooms, and especially unreliable, non-transparent invoicing combined with review pressure and an undocumented claim make the place unsuitable for business clients.

We had a wonderful, quiet stay with our dog. The apartment was clean, cozy, and very pet-friendly, and the location was perfect for walks. The host, Franz, was great. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with a pet and Motorcycle. Thx,

It's a perfect place to stay, even with dogs. The owner was kind and helpful, and the location is great, right by the ski slope and cabin lift. Parking is on site, and the skiraum is just by the entrance. 😊

We got a very warm welcome, and the polite owner really tried to meet our needs. Before we arrived late on Saturday, he even called to ask if we'd need something to eat for Sunday. The place is animal friendly, and we'd highly recommend it. The apartment is comfortable, clean, modernly furnished, and equipped with all you need and more. Its superb location is just a few steps from the cable car, making it a perfect spot for ⛷ and rest.
