The best apartment we've ever stayed in in Zillertal, simply.

My children had a great time playing in the garden, and the apartment was one of the nicest I've stayed in. It was clean and tidy, with all the kitchen utensils provided. The owner and her daughter were kind, respectful, and happy to answer our questions. There isn't a washing machine, but the owner can wash clothes for 5 euros. There's no air conditioning either, though Tyrol's weather is usually pleasant and not too hot, depending on the time of year.

Free parking, and the owners are right there if anything comes up. We spent the extended Pentecost weekend in Kaltenbach and found the apartment lovely, with everything needed for a great holiday. You can also request bread roll delivery. A relaxing stay, and we'd happily recommend it.

A really spacious apartment with excellent equipment, and the gondola lift in Kaltenbach is an easy walk away.

The place is peaceful, and there's plenty to do nearby. Mayershofen, via ferratas, the Ziller, Karspitze, and Hochfeiler are all in the area, with options for hiking, climbing, skiing, cycling, paragliding, and visiting the Krimml Waterfalls. We even made a video of our off-season trip and took a few photos of the surroundings. Our hosts were fantastic. The apartment was much bigger than we expected and unbelievably clean. The furnishings are modern and upscale, with a bright country style. https://youtu.be/mJHfkGu4ObI?si=crBHHhk3U48tfNPa
