Don't stay here. The beds were uncomfortable, and the host, Sara, was very unwelcoming. At 10am she yelled about the children making noise, then tried to unlock my apartment door with her keys so she could yell at my kids. It was a disaster. The upstairs bedroom is very unsafe for children. Don't take the risk. There are plenty of other nice, comfortable places in Kappl.

The location is amazing, and the rooms are modern and very clean. We arrived very late on Saturday night without having booked ahead, but the host was happy to give us a room and arrange everything we needed. She even lent us her own racklet pan during our holiday, which was so kind. The spa was great too, with a sauna and a nice restroom, including a terrace, that guests can book for private use at no charge.
