The views from the top of the mountain where the hotel sits are absolutely stunning, and the facilities are new. We slept comfortably in the beds, and breakfast was good quality and enough. The owners were pleasant and helpful. The hosts suggested Sunny mountain erlebnispark, just a 5min drive away, and it turned out to be a fantastic find for spending time with a 3y old, though older kids would have fun too. We'll definitely return.

My first review of any hotel, that's how bad the stay was. The beds were uncomfortable, and a noisy toilet fan kept us from sleeping. They said breakfast was free, but it actually cost 10 euro per person. Communication and customer service were poor, and they were very disrespectful and rude to guests.

The infrared sauna is set inside a historic cable car, which makes the sauna area a great place to visit. I definitely recommend it.
