The house is spacious and suited our group of 3 families with kids perfectly. Haus Lina is in a great spot, with the See and Kappl ski areas a short drive away, which worked really well for skiing with kids. Looking forward to seeing it after renovation!!

There are hiking routes you can set off on right from the house. We also had plenty of room: there were 13 of us, with one bedroom left unused. The big terrace has a barbecue, and most rooms have their own sink. The bathroom was perfectly adequate. The kitchen and its dining space worked well, with a balcony beside the kitchen on one side and a door out to the terrace on the other.

The location is lovely, with Ischgl, Kappel, and See nearby and lots to do for a summer holiday. I just wouldn't stay in this house again. It's old and run-down, and the cleaning seems very superficial: there are cobwebs in every room, the kitchen is filthy despite being well-equipped, the shelves are extremely dusty, the oven looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in ages, and the kitchen handles feel sticky. The outdoor terrace isn't inviting either. Its two beer garden table sets are worn out, with peeling wood and splinters you need to watch out for. The whole house is dark, and the weak bulbs barely light it. Also, there isn't the freezer listed in the description, only a small freezer compartment in the fridge.

The heating stayed off for three days in the middle of winter, so the house was bitterly cold at first. The place looks dark and abandoned, with 20-watt bulbs, some burned out, and low-energy bulbs throughout. Hot water runs out after six painfully quick showers, then you have to wait for the heater to recover. At these prices, they should take better care of basic details. This is unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend showering here.

There's plenty of room for a big group, with ample parking, a separate living room, a large, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, three bathrooms, and another toilet. The Wi-Fi is good. The house needs renovation, and the price doesn't feel justified. Many old cobwebs have clearly been there for months, and other areas weren't cleaned either. Some bedroom furniture is broken, the heating can't be adjusted in certain rooms, and although there's a TV, only the apps work once you log in.
