Atilla, the housekeeper, was around throughout the day and was friendly and helpful. The villa itself has three comfortable bedrooms, with stylish bathrooms in each room and upstairs. The interior's elegant dark colours give it a cosy, modern feel, and it has almost everything you'd need: a modern kitchen with the main appliances, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and a gas grill on the terrace. The heated panoramic pool was a highlight, with breathtaking mountain views. We also really enjoyed the clean, spacious Finnish and bio saunas. The villa sits in a very quiet, secluded spot, about 300 metres from a beautiful waterfall. M-Supermarket is close by, and there are some great hiking routes nearby, including Berglisee. We had an amazing time here in Kappl. I'd recommend it to anyone after a peaceful, luxurious stay in the Alps.

The view was fantastic, and we made great use of the spa area and pool. Everything in the villas was top-class, spotless, well maintained, and state of the art. We got such a warm welcome and a tour when we arrived, and they had even decorated a Christmas tree for us. For all the luxury, it's completely secluded. Simply wonderful!

The spa and pool area had to be shared with other guests, which was a major disappointment since privacy was important to us. This wasn't clearly stated when we booked, and we were very upset to find out. There were other problems in the house, too. The lighting in the bathrooms and bedrooms was dim and poorly designed, and there wasn't enough storage in the bathrooms or living area. The spa toilet area had no towel hooks, which you'd expect in a wellness area. The saunas could only be turned on by the concierge, and that awkward setup meant they were unusable on several occasions. The property has potential, but the lack of clarity in the booking details and the practical issues during our stay kept us from having a positive experience. The description and the on-site facilities and procedures need work.
