Hotel Zhero - Ischgl/Kappl

Antonio, the F&B manager, keeps a close eye on things to make sure everyone is well looked after. The whole team is amazing, from reception through to the bar and restaurant. You feel welcome everywhere. Great job!

The ski equipment service and option to rent skis and ski boots were really convenient, and the shuttle to the ski lift runs continuously in both directions, so there’s no waiting. The location is excellent too. We arrived late at night, but reception was open 24 hours and the staff checked us in quickly. They looked after our luggage, brought it up to our room, and even parked our car. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner, plus the pleasant restaurant atmosphere and music. We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend the hotel, and will be back next year.

This was our second time at Zhero, and we had another amazing stay. Adam and the team made our ski holiday easy and relaxed. A special thanks to Adam for taking such good care of us. Everything is well organized, including storing and preparing the skis, and the staff are happy to help with anything you need. We’re always happy here and will definitely keep coming back every year. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Feb 26 and couldn’t have asked for a better time. The hotel facilities were amazing, our room was perfect, and the food was delicious. Really good value for money, too. The staff made the stay. Everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Stefan in the Ski shop made it his mission to get our Skis up to scratch and really cared about how our Skiing went. Matej in the restaurant was fantastic as well. We had a fussy eater in the party, and Matej went above and beyond to make sure he ate well. Thanks to you both!
