I’ve stayed at Villa Agricola three times now, and each visit feels like coming home. It’s cosy, clean, and suits families with kids, couples, or groups of friends. The apartments are fully equipped for a relaxed ski holiday. Astrid is warm, communicative, and helpful. A lovely place to stay, highly recommended.

We felt so welcome thanks to the owner, and the apartment was clean, well equipped, and nicer than standard. The high ratings on accommodation sites are absolutely deserved. Our stay at Villa Agricola was wonderful, and I’d love to come back.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in over the past 25 years. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the equipment we needed. Astrid was an amazing host, always positive and nearby if we needed anything. The whole property is baby friendly too.

The owners did everything they could to make us feel at home, and the house was perfect for a holiday. We had a really great stay and couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a spacious, nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed, and it was lovely to have free entrance to the nearby Tavern Spa after skiing. The location worked well too: the ski lifts and center of Kaprun are within walking distance, and there’s also a free bus. From the moment we arrived at Villa Agricola, Astrid made us feel welcome. She was fantastic at anticipating what we might need and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It really is a gem, and we’d love to return.
