10/10
We made this place home for a week, and I was absolutely delighted. It’s cosy and beautiful, with lovely woodwork and interior design. The kitchen is one of the smallest I’ve seen, but it’s still enough to be the hearth for 10 people, with utensils for all kinds of cooking. There’s hot water, heating, nice amenities, and everything you need in a home. It’s close to the bus station, and within walking distance of the cable car station, a few shops, and restaurants.

The landlord treated me very badly and charged fees we hadn’t agreed on. He has no credibility, and dealing with him left me regretting the booking.

Really cosy and clean, with everything a family or group of friends needs for a vacation.

The house is comfortable, suitable for families, and close to the center of Kaprun. But the owner is difficult to deal with.
