The holiday home is in a nice location, but that was the only positive. The rooms were spacious, yet the other furnishings and equipment were in poor condition. The upstairs kitchen had no ventilation, its roof window wouldn’t open, and most of the inadequate kitchen equipment didn’t work. The whole accommodation was unclean and smelled musty. The person handing over the house never came to show us around. They gave us the access code at the entrance and asked for an additional payment. During our stay, the dishwasher broke and two showers stopped working. A company car arrived, left things in the outdoor seating area, and drove off. The things were removed only after we informed the owner. The provider also offers a Sommer card, but it wasn’t given to us before the holiday started. We were surprised by the way we were treated and left disappointed.

The house could have been a nice place, but it felt devoid of charm and had lots of broken things. The electrical appliances were especially worrying: the kettle leaked, and its power cord got extremely hot. One bed collapsed because the slats were broken. The landlords charged an excessive tourist tax, which is fraud. They also asked for a security deposit that hadn’t been agreed upon, which we suspect was another attempted scam. Go somewhere else.

We had a great four-night stay and would gladly return. The apartment was well equipped and well located, with shops and hiking routes close by. The landlord was super friendly and helpful.
