It was clean and cosy from the start, and that impression stayed with me throughout my visit. Everything was perfect: the food, atmosphere, employees and room. The mountain view is lovely, and it’s a perfect location for anyone who enjoys hiking. Some waiters weren’t very confident with foreign languages, but that was a minor issue. I’d recommend it any time, to anyone.

We’ve stayed here with family three times already and will visit again. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinners are delicious. There’s a spa and sauna with a jacuzzi, and access to the lifts is really convenient, either by the free local bus or even on foot.

We stayed here from 22/3 to 27/3/14. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are nice. We had a lovely time, and going to the hotel wellness area after skiing was really relaxing. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice, and dinner had plenty of options too. It’s a five-minute walk to the centre. One tip about dinner service: don’t bring the food out too quickly.

The view of Kaprun, the Maiskogel slopes and the Kitzeinhorn is fantastic. It’s quiet but close enough to walk into town in about 10 minutes, and it’s the first and last stop on the K-bus line to and from the lifts. There’s plenty of parking too. The room was nice and the shower room massive. It’s VERY clean, and I’ll definitely stay here again. After a hard day skiing, the sauna, steam room and pool are fantastic. Steigl beer on tap is always a winner, and there’s an impressive fish tank with the biggest catfish I’ve ever seen. The food this week has been top notch, from an award-winning chef no less, and the coffee in the morning is good too. Thank you! Hope this review helps.

That million-dollar view made everything ten times better. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant. Catherine was so helpful and friendly.
