The apartment was tidy, clean, and well looked after, which made for a comfortable, easy stay. The owner was respectful and really nice. He never intruded, but was there whenever we needed help and brought anything we asked for right away. Highly recommended!

Adi was quick to sort out any questions or issues, and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed, though a microwave would have made it even better. We spent a great week here. It’s an ideal spot for skiing and snowboarding on the way to the glacier, and Kaprun center is within walking distance.

The owners were lovely and helpful, and the apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a beautiful balcony. There’s no elevator to the upper floor, so carrying lots of suitcases up the stairs can be a hassle. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ drive from Sigmund thun klamm. The Zell-am-see and Kapron card is included, which is really useful for free entry to Kitzsteinhorn, Sigmund thun gorge, and the Kaprun high mountain reservoir. Highly recommended!

A very nice place to stay in Kaprun. Communication was quick, and it was great to have the Tauern spa cards and summercard included.

It was clean and cozy, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Kaprun center is just a couple of minutes away, and the drive to kitzsteinhorn parking takes about six minutes. Contact the owner directly as well as booking, since they offer a better deal.
