For a short ski trip, this worked perfectly for three nights. It's a no-frills place, though still nice, with a charming room and a great balcony. The base of Kitzsteinhorn is a ten-minute walk away, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

This feels like the bare minimum, so I'd only come for a night or two. There was no staff in the building, no lift, no staircase lights, and no cleaning crew. Random stuff left in the hallways made them feel like someone's storage space. Our room had no microwave, fridge, or kitchen, and the carpets were stained. A strange smell lingered, maybe a mix of alcohol, smoke, and vomit. The heating didn't work either, so the room stayed cold. I know it's not a luxury place, but come on.

We'd just arrived and still had four days to go, but there was hair on the bathroom floor, dust all over, and even hair hanging from the bedroom lamp. Please do at least a little cleaning. xD

The neighborhood was the one good thing for us. The corridor smelled bad and was dirty, as were the fridge and dining room. We chose this place because we needed an extra night in Kaprun and had a dog with us, but it wasn't a good idea. The room smelled from the old carpet, there was no service at all, and even the wifi was down. We won't come back.
