The service was terrible, easily the worst experience of my life. The pink haired waitress tried to add extra items to our bill, and it felt like she was trying to scam us. Zero stars.

The Kerschhaggl family made us feel very welcome and were involved in the day to day running of the place. We had a really nice stay and would happily return. It’s easy to get onto the slopes right from the guesthouse, and it worked well for lunch or a drink after skiing too. The staff were attentive, the food was great, and the views were stunning. Such a lovely little hotel.

The mountain house is small, but really cozy, and the staff were very pleasant. The food was excellent and tasted like it was made with local products. I’d already had breakfast before arriving, but still tried everything I could, including several meats like smoked salami, pressed ham and ham, plus smoked cheese. The meat seemed organic to me. It was a lovely experience, and there are several paths you can take to reach the top of the mountain from there. A perfect place for a break. I’d definitely recommend it!
