The sauna was a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes, and Gert always had good tips for hikes, outings, and activities nearby. The breakfast buffet was fresh, plentiful, and lovingly prepared each morning. The rooms and whole house were exceptionally clean and well cared for. Gert and his family were warm and attentive throughout our stay. At Jägerheim, you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. Both the ski bus stop and village center are an easy short walk away. A definite recommendation if you’re after welcoming, cozy, well-maintained accommodation. We’d love to return again and again!

We were a couple and felt very comfortable here. The breakfast was good, the room well maintained, and the sauna with steam room was lovely. It’s charming accommodation, and both the Kaunertal Glacier and the Serfaus/Fiss/Ladis ski area are easy to reach. We’d definitely stay again!

For the price, it’s good, clean accommodation with breakfast in a great spot for skiing. The staff were friendly, especially Mr. Hafele, and I’d gladly repeat this truly wonderful stay. A couple of minor hiccups didn’t spoil it for me. I spent four nights here during my ski holiday in early 2026 and was very satisfied. The guesthouse is easy to find between Prutz and the Kaunertal Glacier, with convenient access to Prutz, Fendels, and the glacier. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is about a 30-minute drive away. I’d arranged my late arrival by phone, and found the key card for the house and my room in the safe beside the front door. All the outdoor parking spaces were taken, so I used the last space in the garage. It was a bit tricky, but worked out fine. My single room on the third floor was clean and a good size for one person. The lockable bathroom was clean and worked perfectly, and two window blinds provided privacy. The bed was very comfortable, and the nights were quiet and restful. I like to sleep in and usually didn’t leave my room until late morning, so I was surprised by the friendly, motivated cleaning staff on two days. They apologized right away. It’s a good idea to put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the outside of the door the night before. Breakfast was very good and plentiful in my opinion, with different rolls and fresh bread, sweet and savory spreads and toppings, and a selection of drinks. As a honey lover, I especially enjoyed the fresh local honey. The ski room was spacious, tidy, and had plenty of room for boots and skis. I didn’t use the hotel sauna on the ground floor, so I can’t comment on it, but the entrance area looked very inviting. Check-out on my last morning was easy and friendly.
