The chef deserves real credit for handling a challenging allergy so thoughtfully. The dishes were adapted each evening with great care, and every dinner was excellent. We also appreciated the attentive dinner and breakfast team, along with a warm, knowledgeable sommelier. The service felt refined but personal, and we felt welcome every evening. Hotel Elisabeth is immaculate and well maintained, with a delightful spa. Its staff are what make it stand out, and we're very grateful. We'll certainly return.

We were blown away by the food and the level of service at Hotel Elisabeth. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and the spa treatments were great. We spent New Year's there and enjoyed a lovely gala, with delicious dinner and fun festivities. The hotel and surrounding mountains are beautiful. The ski bus is right outside, or you can drive to the lifts and park; everything is under ten minutes away. We enjoyed our stay so much. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious, really comfortable, and good for sleeping. It's a nice hotel just outside Kirchberg. The evening menu is regular.

I travelled with my partner, and the hotel had everything we needed. It's beautiful, cozy, very well designed, and highly equipped, with a fancy feel. The staff were so kind, and I’m grateful for their hospitality. I hope the manager takes good care of them, because they took such good care of us.

The wellness area is wonderful, with indoor and outdoor pools and a large hot tub. The food is exceptional too, with a thoughtfully planned menu and a warm atmosphere. Every meal in the restaurant was a pleasure. Hats off to the chefs and waiters, and they now have a very nice kids' menu with some healthy, balanced options. I recently returned to Hotel Elisabeth for my second visit, and it was even better than the first. It's a charming, well-run family hotel with an amazing team who's always helpful and incredibly friendly. They make every stay memorable. We love coming here and are already looking forward to next time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
