We were nine people, with one apartment upstairs and another in the basement, and the house worked well for a group. The landlady was very friendly, so overall it was a good experience. The heating felt too cold for us, but she brought an extra space heater straight away.

We had the Frederiq apartment, and it was terrible. You're really down in the basement, and the kitchen isn't good. It has a two-burner stove, but it doesn't work. Definitely NOT recommended.

The place wasn't expensive, and everything was good. We were happy with it and I'd recommend it to anyone.
