We loved the delicious, very local-style breakfast, and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Just be aware that you need to know German to book and arrange things with them. The house is lovely, the rooms are cosy, and there’s a heavenly sauna that all guests can use for free. It’s perfectly placed for catching a ski bus in either direction, and Kirchberg center is only a 10-minute walk away.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the owners were very friendly. The location beside the Gaisberg lift is beautiful. The ski bus stop is about 100 meters away and buses come every 10 minutes, so getting around is easy.

We felt completely at ease in the guesthouse and would gladly come back. The Hainbuchner couple looked after my wife and me exceptionally well for 13 days in 2019/2020. Our room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious, a lovely start to every day.
