The rooms were clean, spacious, and good value. The hotel is close to ski rental and the Maierl lift, and the overall price is good for what you get. The restaurant gets crowded and noisy at rush hour. Buffet days have great food, but on other days it can be very mediocre for some reason.

The wellness area is brand new and lovely, with two saunas and two steam baths that were perfect for warming up and relaxing after a day in the snow. We had a really good stay with breakfast and dinner included. Service was generally good, though there clearly weren't enough waiters in the restaurant at dinner.

Our room was very spacious for the price and really clean, and the cleaning staff did a great job. The Bosnian team running the kitchen and restaurant service were lovely and made the experience especially good. The food was good and they put in a real effort. They deserve the five stars.

The family room was huge, and there was plenty of parking. The spa was great too. The place was warm and very clean, and all the staff were welcoming. There was lots of tasty food, and the kids were made to feel welcome and treated well. The bus stop for the lifts is right outside, and ski hire is in the same building if you need it.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and my second room was kept spotless. The hotel has attractive views from the front-facing rooms. My first room was small and only had a Velux window in the ceiling, so I had to manage with that for two nights. After that, the hotel moved me to a superior room with a balcony. The bathroom there was very good.
