We had a perfect few days here around Christmas and I'd definitely try to book again next year. The personal, friendly service really stood out, and the dinners were something we looked forward to each evening. The rooms were nice and clean, with bathrooms, a minibar, wall safe, flatiron, and hairdryer. Half the rooms have balconies. The room price includes a free pool and spa in St. Johan, so you'll need a car to get there. The pool has a great mountain panorama. It's a great family hotel for exploring the Kitzbuhel ski resorts. St. Johan ski resort is 8 minutes by car, Kitzbuhel is 15, and there's a slope in Kirchdorf within an 8-10 minute walk. There are several nearby skiing options, and with a car and half an hour to spare, it's hard to choose where to go.

Haus Treffer was a great starting point for hikes and other mountain activities around Tirol. My room was excellent, and the service was great too. Karolina was especially kind during my stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. Carolina on the staff was amazing! It's a bit far from the Kaiserkrone trail, but the hotel and nearby shops, including SPAR, make it well worth it.
