Valentina at the front desk made a real difference, always doing extra to help us out, and Matthieus was a great driver who showed up promptly and helped with our bags. We loved staying at Romerhof, from the comfortable, lovely rooms to the service. We’d happily recommend it to anyone coming to Kitzbuhel, and we’ll definitely be back.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, though the sofa bed may need a mattress topper if an adult will be sleeping on it. The ski room was convenient, and the shuttle to the main lifts was useful. Breakfast was tasty and nearly perfect, with more vegetables needed, and the breakfast service was excellent. The spa was elegant, well equipped, and very well maintained. We enjoyed it a lot, though a warmer hot tub would have completed the experience. Romerhof is a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, with its rooms and restaurant about 50 meters from the main hotel facilities. From the welcome onward, the staff gave perfect service. The shuttle driver with the glasses was especially friendly and helpful. I wasn't impressed with the Romerhof restaurant. It felt too expensive, for example, a 750 cc bottle of water cost 10 euros, and I didn't enjoy the Schnitzel. Still, we had a great stay and would gladly return to Kitzbuel.

The staff were excellent, but I’m giving the hotel three stars because there’s room to improve, especially on the pet charges. It seems unfair to charge 30 euros per night, and to charge the same for a 4 kg dog as for a 40 kg one. I can understand a 30 euro cleaning fee, but not that amount every day. The indoor pool was below 30 degrees and the outdoor pool was colder. The jacuzzi was the only place with hot water, though its massage button didn't work.

The views were amazing, and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were neat and clean, with a nice shower, and breakfast was delicious.
