The hosts were the warmest, most accommodating people we’ve ever had on vacation. We felt welcome right away. During the week they changed our towels and emptied the trash, which I’ve never had happen in an apartment before. On Sunday, everyone got a slice of complimentary homemade cake, and it was absolutely delicious. The apartment was incredibly well equipped, with everything we could need, right down to a meat tenderizer, two coffee makers, a kettle, microwave, bowls, and colander. There were plenty of fresh dish towels, a new sponge, and enough dishwasher tablets too. It was also spotless, so we felt completely at ease. We stayed for a week in February 2023 as a group of four. Every room had its own balcony and bathroom, even the children’s room, and the balcony view was amazing. Bread delivery came fresh every morning, with a wide selection from various alarm clocks to croissants. The free ski bus stop is right around the corner on the main street, and the ski area is only five minutes away. Hiking trails pass by the house too, so it seems like a fantastic base for a summer hiking holiday. If you’re ever in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend Haus Viehhauser!

We felt at home right away. The family has put so much heart into the house, and the hostess is incredibly welcoming. The apartments are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with stunning mountain views and everything you could need. It’s peaceful here, great for walks, hiking, or bike rides. Jägersee lake is a lovely highlight, just 3 km away. Kleinarl village is about 2-3 km away and has a small SPAR supermarket with all the essentials. They’ve also adapted to the current situation, with hygiene measures in place and hand sanitizer dispensers everywhere. There’s room for couples, friends, and families alike. We’d love to come back. Thank you, and see you soon!

The area around it is very inviting, and the apartment was clean with a fantastic view. We got a really warm welcome, and there was even a bread delivery service.

Jägersee lake looks incredible with the mountains behind it, and the whole area is beautiful. Our apartment at Haus Viehhauser was nicely furnished, with everything just right.
