Okay, where to begin: first of all, it's not in Klosterneuburg, and secondly, the host tried to scam us but quickly backed down when she saw that someone from our group spoke German. The host wasn't accommodating because I had administrative questions and didn't want to talk for even a few minutes on the phone before our arrival. The apartment was supposed to be for 3 people (3 glasses, 3 chairs, a table that was too small) even though we had booked and paid for 4 on Airbnb (she did offer us another room, but at an extra cost). A nice, friendly hotel where hospitality is still a priority! Pleasant rooms (most with balconies) and a spacious parking space. Also only a 2-3 minute walk to the bus and tram stops. Highly recommended, considering the proximity to Vienna but still being surrounded by nature.

I had room 14, right at the top, if I remember correctly, with a "kitchenette," meaning a sink and a refrigerator. A bathroom in very poor condition, and a double room. Each room was so small and cramped that you could hardly fall over in it; if we wanted to use the two doors to the rooms, we had to fold up the carpet. The beautiful, spacious balcony was comfortable to sit on (in the summer), but it also serves as a "through" to other rooms. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating.
