The spa is spacious and very good, and the cuisine is good as well. Our room was roomy, with the bathroom and toilet separate. It’s a calm hotel with even better staff, and there’s a ski rental shop and lift within a short walk. Just know Stuben isn’t at the centre of everything. If you’re after evening parties, go elsewhere. I’m not, so it was bliss.

After skiing all day, relaxing in one of the three saunas was a real treat, and the snowy mountain view from the restaurant was magical. The rooms are moderately priced for the value and service, and the hotel has a charming, cozy feel. Khalida at the front desk greeted me with a genuine smile and patiently answered my many questions. Owner Alexandra made me feel at home and extended my stay three times because I was enjoying it so much. The breakfast staff were professional and made sure guests had what they needed. I’d definitely come back.

We arrived around 9 pm looking for a room in town, and Tony welcomed us like family. He showed us the spa and let us use it, even though he could have just gone home for the night. Breakfast was great, and the views from our room and the hot tub were fantastic. Absolutely great experience.

Update: the hot tub is working again! We had a wonderful stay at Arlberg Stuben and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms up to date, and breakfast fresh with plenty of options. The wellness area has a sauna and steam bath, plus an ice bath in winter. We’ll be back.

We felt special from the moment we arrived. Everyone was smiling and did their best to make us feel welcome, especially Sara and Sebastian. The rooms were comfortable and well designed, and the food was delicious. I paid for half board and was more than satisfied. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, with amazing staff and wonderful service. I recommend it to anyone, without hesitation.
