A friendly, attentive staff and a well-kept, typically rural Austrian hotel. I'd recommend it for a stopover or if you're after a quiet place in the area.

We enjoyed watching the village carnival that happened to be on the night we stayed. The hotel's service was excellent, our room was very comfortable, and dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both excellent. During our ski trip to At. Anton, we found the location convenient: with a rental car, it took 15 to 30 minutes to drive to different lifts on the mountain. If you're looking for somewhere near the ski lifts that isn't exuberantly expensive, I highly recommend this place.

The food was pricey, but it tasted amazing and was well worth it. The staff at this hotel are the nicest group of Austrians I've ever come across. I've recommended the place to almost everyone who's asked me about somewhere to stay in the Alps. I hope I can come back soon.

Dinner at Das Guat, the hotel's restaurant, was the highlight for me. Every dish was incredible, creative yet simple, and done just right. I'd gladly travel an hour or more to have that dinner again. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome, and our immaculate room had stunning views. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!
