Really good local diner, with tasty, generously topped pizzas. You can ask for chili and garlic, and don’t skip the homemade tiramisu. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our waiter paid close attention and even remembered what we liked.

The host was very helpful, and getting to Gasthof Paluda Pizzeria in Dalaas was easy. It worked out perfectly for us while hiking the Lechweg, and we had a delicious supper. Our room was clean and cosy. The house felt a bit outdated, though the price reflected that and we were still comfortable. From there, we walked to Freiburger Hütte via Hintergant, then started ascending.

If you’re coming with a big group, there are separate rooms for dinner.

We came back to the restaurant three times because the food and service were so good. Donat looked after us warmly and speaks English, which helped us a lot. The staff were amazing too. It’s worth the detour, and made our time in Dalaas much more enjoyable. Thanks, Donat!
