The food is what made me want to write this review. The hotel’s own restaurant served some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a while, and the presentation gives it a fine-dining feel. The rooms were really clean, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the hotel had all the amenities someone might want, plus a bit more. The owners are the sweetest, and everyone from the cleaning lady to the funny restaurant staff was smiling and ready to help. From your Romanian friends, thanks for making my vacation better. If you’re planning a ski trip, I’d highly recommend staying here. All the best!

The owners were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. We had a lovely stay, surrounded by beautiful scenery. If we come back to this beautiful country, this will be the first hotel we book.

The scenery was beautiful, and the staff were lovely, attentive, helpful, and very accommodating. Our room was great for an amazing price, and the beds were solid. The food was very good too.

The food looked well presented, but it didn’t taste any better than what we’d had elsewhere in Austria. Since they rate themselves as a more upmarket place, the prices were a bit higher too. That extra charge clearly wasn’t going toward effective fly control. Dozens of flies were with us inside during dinner. When we mentioned it, they shrugged it off as normal and said nothing could be done. Other places can handle it. I’d never before had to share my food with one fly while shooing another seven away. We ended up flying out of there after eating only our mains.
