Apartment Wegscheider

After 12 years of skiing in Austria, this was one of the loveliest places we’ve stayed. We spent 7 nights at "Wegscheider" at the end of February 2019, skiing at nearby Nassfeld, about 20 minutes away by car. The "biobauernhof" is cozy and clearly well cared for, with generous guest rooms and everything we needed. Its position on the edge of town felt safe. Above all, the host family were exceptionally friendly and took care of us in every way. For a ski trip where you want natural hospitality, kindness, and decency, this is the place.

The apartment was very clean and looked just like the listing and photos. I stayed here for a week, and the hosts were welcoming and friendly, ready to help with whatever I needed. The scenery is superb, and the view from the apartment is amazing.

We had a wonderful time and felt comfortable throughout. The spacious "Mussen" holiday apartment is really well equipped, and the kitchen table looks out over lovely mountain views. We were welcomed with a plate of cookies, and we all toasted together on New Year’s Eve. It was the first time our girls had been on skis, and the local ski school was great. We’ll come back. We didn’t have time for an alpaca walk this time.

The farm was a little paradise for the children, with animals to pet, lots of room to play, and fresh adventures each day. We stayed at Wegscheider Farm from April 12th to 17th and had a wonderful, unforgettable time. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed. We loved the small touches that showed how much care had gone into the place. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, with beautiful views. From the moment we arrived, the host family made us feel welcome; they’re warm, attentive, and clearly love what they do. Thank you for such a lovely experience, we’ll definitely be back!
