We’re staying in a deluxe chalet now, and it’s easily the best accommodation of this kind we’ve had during five summers of traveling around Europe. Everything has been good, from the bed and pillows to the kitchen appliances, including the Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. The pool is lovely and keeps my kids busy while we’re at the resort. The setting is beautiful, and the village has restaurants and 2 supermarkets. Getting around for activities takes planning: if you want to use the Kaerten card, you need to be ready to drive every day because there isn’t much nearby. Alps resorts doesn’t offer the Nassfeld+ card for purchase, so we got the Kaerten card instead, and it’s been great so far. Still, you need a car wherever you want to go. I’d recommend staying here; it’s comfortable and beautiful, and we don’t mind driving ☺️

When the temperature fell below 5 degrees on our first night, our tent had no heat. The staff noticed and moved us to a chalet with heaters. They were so thoughtful. Great service, lovely surroundings and a wonderful view. We loved everything about the place.

The Aqua Arena is included in the price, and there are several spots for barbecuing. We stayed in one of the glamping tents, which worked really well for our family with kids. There are several kinds of accommodation at this lovely site. It would be great if the Kärntner card for nearby attractions were included too.

The reception man was communicative, and our tent was clean and comfortable. The free swimming pool at the Aquarena was a hit with both the kids and adults. Such a great place, with fantastic views.

The chalets have everything you need, and the staff are really friendly. A beautiful resort with lovely views. I highly recommend it!
